We have already had a busy year of exhibitions, but there are two more solo shows that CTG will bring you between now and the close of 2017. First up will be long-time gallery favorite Ngo Van Sac whose latest collection Slices will open at the gallery on 17 November.On 6 December, the gallery will be pleased to introduce a collection of oil on canvas works by Hanoi-based artist Nguyen Hung Son. This will be Son’s first exhibition in Saigon and we are very excited to show the work of this talented and thoughtful artist. Son had a previous career as a writer and brings a reporter’s critical eye to his depictions of modern Vietnamese society.
As always, our 2018 program will feature a number of young artists having their first commercial gallery showing. Hue-based artist Truong The Linh is currently beginning work on a collection of works which will show at CTG in the winter of 2018. The gallery has two works on hand for those who would like a preview of Linh’s upcoming collection.
