HANOI, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) — Vietnam attracted an estimated foreign investment of 31.15 billion U.S. dollars in 2021, up 9.2 percent on year, the country’s General Statistics Office said Wednesday.
Specifically, Vietnam licensed 1,738 new foreign direct investment (FDI) projects with total registered capital of 15.25 billion U.S. dollars, down 31.1 percent in quantity but up 4.1 percent in capital year on year.
