ISLAMABAD, May 2 (Xinhua) — Pakistan condemns in the “strongest terms” the terrorist attack at a mosque by gunmen in west Afghanistan’s Herat province, resulting in loss of lives and injuries, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry said.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families in this hour of grief,” the ministry said in a statement on Wednesday evening.
