ISLAMABAD, Dec. 2 (Xinhua) — Pakistan condemned an attack on a seminary in Afghanistan’s northern Samangan province, which has resulted in a loss of lives and injuries to others, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry has said.

“The government and people of Pakistan extend their sympathies and condolences,” the ministry said in a statement on Thursday night.

“We stand in solidarity with the people of Afghanistan
