HANOI, Dec. 13 (Xinhua) — Vietnamese individual investors opened nearly 2.5 million new securities accounts in the first 11 months of this year, far exceeding the figures of all four years of 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 combined, according to the Vietnam Securities Depository.
