KUALA LUMPUR, April 19 (Xinhua) — Malaysia’s gross domestic product (GDP) is estimated to further expand at 3.9 percent in the first quarter of 2024, official data showed Friday.

The Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) said in a statement that based on advanced estimates, Malaysia’s economic growth is expected to accelerate as compared to 3 percent in the previous quarter.
