SEOUL, April 13 (Xinhua) — China’s Han Yue lost to South Korean An Se-young in the women’s singles, while Zhao Junpeng was also knocked out of the 2022 South Korea Masters badminton tournament on Wednesday.

Han was outclassed by the local favorite and second seed 21-10, 21-16.

Elsewhere in the women’s singles, fourth seed He Bingjiao beat Jeon Jui of South Korea 20-22, 21-8, 21-13 to advance to the round
