GAZIPUR, Bangladesh – A former Dhaka University professor who went missing two days ago was discovered dead in a forest near her residence in Dakkhin Panishail, Gazipur’s Kashimpur.
According to Mahbub-E-Khoda, chief of Kashimpur Police Station, Prof. Sayeda Khaleque, 70, was strangled.
On Friday morning, police officers retrieved her body from the jungle, just a few hundred meters from her leased home.
