PHNOM PENH, May 1 (Xinhua) — Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet on Wednesday celebrated the 138th International Labor Day with more than 1,000 employees at the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port in southwestern Preah Sihanouk province.
