JAKARTA — Indonesia has raised the COVID-19 vaccination target to 2.3 million vaccine shots per day this September from 2 million shots in August, to speed up the achievement of herd immunity and end the pandemic, an official said on Thursday.

“We are optimistic that our target of 2.3 million doses per day would be achieved,” said Deputy Health Minister Dante Saksono. (Indonesia-COVID-19-Vaccination Target)
