KABUL — Four people were killed and 25 others wounded after a bomb explosion ripped through a mosque next to Afghanistan’s Interior Ministry here on Wednesday.

“A blast occurred at a mosque near the Ministry of Interior on Wednesday. Four worshippers were martyred and 25 others were injured,” Interior Ministry spokesman Abdul Nafi Takor confirmed on his Twitter account, adding that an investigation is underway.
