Singapore City [Singapore], November 8 (ANI): The emergence of the Indo-Pacific and the maturing of the Quad are noteworthy for promoting global good, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said on Friday noting that the world today is clearly headed “for re-globalization, not de-globalization” and global manufacturing and supply chains have started to transition.
