Bangkok [Thailand], March 28 (ANI): In a landmark development, the Thai Parliament on Wednesday overwhelmingly passed the bill legalising same-sex marriage on Wednesday, bringing Thailand closer to becoming the first Southeast-Asian country to recognise equality, the New York Times reported.
