BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) — Brunei recorded a total of 12,464 new COVID-19 cases from Feb. 14 to 20 with 2,466 cases reported on Sunday, marking a fresh record weekly rise and bringing the total tally to 34,979.

According to Brunei’s Ministry of Health, the newly recorded cases on Sunday are all local infections.
