DHAKA, Bangladesh – Following Sheikh Hasina’s resignation as prime minister on Monday, violence and riots erupted across Bangladesh, with at least 232 people killed in attacks and clashes over the first three days.

The information is based on a report published by Prothom Alo on Thursday.

According to the report, the majority of the deaths happened on Tuesday, with some people dying while in treatment.
