HANOI, July 5 (Xinhua) — Vietnam posted a budget collection of 932.9 trillion Vietnamese dong (nearly 39.7 billion U.S. dollars) in the first half of this year, up 18.8 percent year on year, the country’s Ministry of Finance said on Tuesday.

Domestic revenue over the period rose 15.8 percent from the same period last year, while the revenue from import and export activities increased by 25.5 percent.
