HANOI, June 3 (Xinhua) — Vietnam posted a budget collection of 806.4 trillion Vietnamese dongs (around 35 billion U.S. dollars) in the first five months of this year, up 18.7 percent year on year, the country’s Ministry of Finance said on Friday.
