HANOI, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) — Vietnam’s target of 700 billion U.S. dollars in import-export revenue in 2023 is a tough one amid current difficulties of the global market, Vietnam News Agency cited insiders as saying on Tuesday.

The country’s import-export revenue reached 558 billion dollars in the first 10 months of this year, down 9.6 percent year on year, with exports dropping 7.1 percent and imports falling 12.3
