HANOI, Aug. 16 (Xinhua) — Car sales in Vietnam in July increased 9 percent from the previous month to 28,920 units, Vietnam News reported Friday, citing the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers’ Association.

Among those, 13,788 were locally-assembled cars and 15,132 others were completely-built units.
