HANOI, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) — A total of 340,142 units of automobile were sold in the Vietnamese market in 2024, up 12.6 percent year on year, Vietnam News Agency cited the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers’ Association said on Tuesday.
The country witnessed a surge of 39 percent in imported car sales in 2024 while sales of domestically-assembled vehicles reported a decline of 5 percent, said the association.
