HANOI, July 5 (Xinhua) — The number of Vietnamese guest laborers working overseas under contracts exceeded 59,600 in the first five months of this year, over 1.9 times higher than in the same period last year, local media reported on Wednesday, citing the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
