HANOI, Jan. 6 (Xinhua) — Vietnam’s leather and footwear industry has targeted an export value of 29 billion U.S. dollars this year, an increase of 10 percent year-on-year, Vietnam News cited the Leather, Footwear and Handbag Association on Monday.
Phan Thi Thanh Xuan, the association’s vice chairwoman and general secretary, said achieving this goal would depend on consumer demand and implementing green standard
