HANOI, Nov. 2 (Xinhua) — Vietnam recorded 756 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, up by 307 from Tuesday, according to its ministry of health.

The newly reported infections brought the total tally to 11,504,091. The country reported a new death from the pandemic on Wednesday in the southern Tay Ninh province, bringing the total fatalities to 43,165.
