HANOI, Oct. 5 (Xinhua) — Vietnam reported 4,363 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, the lowest number since July 20, including 4,360 locally transmitted and three imported, according to the country’s Ministry of Health.

The new infections brought the country’s total tally to 818,324, with 19,979 deaths, the ministry said.
