HANOI, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) — Vietnam recorded 3,241 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, up by 832 from Monday, according to its Ministry of Health.

All the new cases were locally transmitted, said the health ministry.

The newly reported infections brought the total tally to 11,408,952. The country reported four new deaths from COVID-19 in the capital Hanoi, the central Khanh Hoa province and the southern provinc
