HANOI, Sept. 5 (Xinhua) — Vietnam reported 13,137 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday, including 13,101 locally transmitted and 36 imported, according to the country’s Ministry of Health.

The new infections brought the country’s total tally to 524,307, with 13,074 deaths, the ministry said.
