HANOI, July 30 (Xinhua) — Vietnam’s government posted a state budget collection of 1.18 quadrillion Vietnamese dong (46.6 billion U.S. dollars) from January to July, or 68.9 percent of the yearly projection and up 14.8 percent year on year, according to the latest statistics of the country’s General Statistics Office.
