HANOI, Nov. 8 (Xinhua) — Vietnam posted a budget collection of over 1.65 quadrillion Vietnamese dong (65.2 billion U.S. dollars) from January to October, up 17.3 percent year-on-year and equivalent to 97.2 percent of the whole year’s estimate, according to the latest statistics of the country’s General Statistics Office.
