New Delhi [India], September 23 (ANI): The Indian Navy on Monday said the second edition of the Navika Sagar Parikrama, an extraordinary circumnavigation mission set to commence on October 2.
The event was presided over by Vice Admiral Krishna Swaminathan, Vice Chief of Naval Staff, in New Delhi.
