Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], July 31 (ANI): In view of the Pulwama encounter that took place on Saturday morning, Inspector General of Police Kashmir, Vijay Kumar informed that the topmost Pakistani terrorist has been killed in the encounter.
