BANGKOK, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) — Thailand’s fresh COVID-19 infections and fatalities both fell for the second day in a row, with 12,583 new cases and 132 more deaths reported in the past 24 hours, official data showed on Monday.

The Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA), the country’s COVID-19 task force, said 3,329 new cases were confirmed in the capital city Bangkok, which has remained the epicenter
