TEHRAN, Jan. 28 (Xinhua) — Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani on Saturday strongly condemned an armed attack by unidentified individuals in Iran’s southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan earlier that day, in which nine Pakistanis were killed and three others injured.

Kanaani also extended sympathy to the victims’ families and the Pakistani government in a statement published by the Irania
