Washington [US], June 20 (ANI): Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States, and early detection and treatment are key to prolonging patient survival. A recent study by Wiley published online in CANCER, a peer-reviewed journal of the American Cancer Society, found that education and income in the area were related to the stage of patients’ lung cancer at the time of diagnosis.
