COLOMBO, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) — Sri Lanka’s All Share Price Index (ASPI) of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) crossed the 12,000-mark on Friday, CSE data shows.

The ASPI increased by 123.50 points to close at 12,053.49, CSE data shows.

The country’s financial press stated that the ASPI crossed this milestone for the first time since July 3.
