COLOMBO, Aug. 29 (Xinhua) — Sri Lanka’s cabinet has approved the purchase of 50 electric buses for passenger services in the country’s Western Province, a statement from the government information department here said on Tuesday.
The statement listing the decisions made at a cabinet meeting said that these buses would be operated as a public-private partnership project.
