COLOMBO, May 19 (Xinhua) — Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe has ordered the resumption of the “Suraksha” student insurance program, which was suspended due to economic challenges, the President’s Media Division (PMD) said on Sunday.
Starting from the first week of June, all school students across the country will once again be able to benefit from this insurance scheme, according to the PMD.
