SINGAPORE, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) — Singapore reported 2,236 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, bringing the total tally in the country to 91,775.

This is the first time Singapore sees the number of new COVID-19 cases exceed 2,000 in a single day.

Of the new cases, 1,711 were in the community, 515 were in migrant worker dormitories and 10 were imported cases, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said in a press releas
