SINGAPORE, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) — Singapore on Thursday reported 1,504 new cases of COVID-19 infection, bringing the total tally in the country to 82,860.

Of the new cases, 1,218 were in the community, 273 in migrant worker dormitories and 13 were imported cases, the Ministry of Health said in a press release.
