SINGAPORE, Feb. 21 (Xinhua) — Singapore reported 13,623 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Monday, bringing the total tally to 596,261.

Of the new cases, 2,056 cases were detected through PCR (polymerase chain reaction) tests and 11,567 through ARTs (antigen rapid tests), according to statistics released by the Ministry of Health.
