BEIJING, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) — Zhang Youxia, vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, on Thursday met separately with Singaporean Defense Minister Ng Eng Hen and Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Tea Seiha in Beijing.
