New Delhi [India], June 23 (ANI): Congress leader Manickam Tagore on Monday criticised former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy over the alleged Rs 3500 liquor scam during his tenure.

Tagore termed it a ‘scientific method of corruption’ and mentioned that it was not just a scam but an ‘engineered ecosystem,’ involving a complex network of individuals and shell companies.
