New Delhi [India], September 8 (ANI): The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear a batch of petitions challenging the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019 on September 12.
A bench of Chief Justice of India UU Lalit and Justice S Ravindra Bhat will hear at least 220 petitions challenging the CAA.
The pleas against the CAA first came up for hearing in the Supreme Court on December 18, 2019. It was last heard on June 15, 2021.
