Gurdaspur (Punjab) [India], July 9 (ANI): The Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) Punjab has successfully stopped a major terror plot by Harwinder Rinda, a Pakistan-based Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) operative supported by Pakistan’s ISI.
