President of Vietnam arrives in Laos for state visit

VIENTIANE, April 10 (Xinhua) — President of Vietnam Vo Van Thuong, accompanied by a high-ranking delegation, arrived in the Lao capital on Monday for a two-day state visit.

In response to the invitation from his Lao counterpart Thongloun Sisoulith, President Thuong is paying an official visit to Laos to enhance the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Laos and Vietnam.
