KATHMANDU, Nepal – On Friday, the 14th general convention of the Nepali Congress began in Kathmandu.

Thousands of delegates, party officials, cadres, and well-wishers have flocked to Kathmandu for the party’s annual conference, which will elect new leadership.

The general convention was inaugurated by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, who is also the party’s president, during a celebration held in Bhriku
