MANILA, April 20 (Xinhua) — The Philippines’ tourism industry will grow by 6.7 percent over the next decade after turning a corner and “firmly on the road to recovery,” the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) said in its latest report released in Manila on Wednesday.

The report forecasts that Philippine’s tourism’s contribution to GDP could be worth over 155 billion U.S. dollars in 2032, accounting for 21.4
