KHULNA, Bangladesh – Rainwater gathered on the roof of a Covid hospital building in Khulna. It flowed down the stairs into the hospital, causing great difficulties to patients, families, and staff.

Furthermore, water entered the room through shattered windows. Many patients suffered, and the chilly weather exacerbated the condition.

Patients claim that flooding was a regular occurrence throughout the rain
