ISLAMABAD, Feb. 21 (Xinhua) — Foreign direct investment (FDI) into Pakistan increased by 100.2 percent year on year in January as compared with the same period last year, said the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on Tuesday.

According to the data presented by the SBP, the net FDI rose to 222.6 million U.S. dollars in January 2023 compared to the 110 million dollars recorded in January 2022.
