ISLAMABAD, Dec. 28 (Xinhua) — The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said on Thursday that its foreign exchange reserves had increased 852 million U.S. dollars.
During the week ending on Dec. 22, total foreign exchange reserves of the bank reached around 7.8 billion dollars, the SBP said in a statement.
The increase occurred “mainly due to receipt of official government’s inflows,” the statement added.
