ISLAMABAD, Sept. 1 (Xinhua) — Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said on Tuesday that the international community should help create a conducive environment within Afghanistan for people so that there is no exodus of refugees from the country and Afghans live in peace within their country.
